Delta Reign Products Loaded on Target's Backend
Target has loaded the following Delta Reign products on its backend as preorders:
- Elite Trainer Box
- Booster Bundle
- Booster Box
- 3-Pack Blister
Stock numbers weren't available for these preorders, so there's no reliable way to know how many units Target will release for any of them. Treat any quantity you see quoted elsewhere with caution. Prices haven't been confirmed on this site either, so check Target's listing for each item.
What Time Does Target Drop Delta Reign?
Target's online Pokemon drops tend to land around 3 AM EST. It's a pattern, not a promise. Target doesn't announce drop times, and releases can come earlier, later, or on a day nobody expected.
Target also sometimes drops products that weren't visible beforehand. These surprise listings can show up without any backend preorder load, and stock on them is often low. If you only watch the four products above, you can miss a Delta Reign item that appears without warning.
A product showing on Target's backend isn't purchasable yet. It only becomes buyable when a drop actually happens. Seeing a listing early is a reason to get ready, not a reason to keep refreshing the page all day.
Preorders and Waves at Target
Target often releases products in waves rather than all at once. A Delta Reign item might sell out on its first drop, then come back in a later wave hours or days afterward, sometimes at the same early-morning time and sometimes not. Missing the first wave doesn't mean you've missed Target entirely.
Waves also mean the four loaded products may not all go live together. The Elite Trainer Box could drop on a different night from the 3-Pack Blister, for example. Watch each product on its own instead of assuming one drop covers the whole set.
How to Read a Backend Load Alert
When a monitor reports that a product has loaded on Target's backend, the most important detail is whether a date is attached:
- Scheduled date loaded: Target's system has a release or availability date attached to the item. That's a useful signal for when to be ready, but dates can shift, and Target has released items ahead of or after a loaded date before.
- No date loaded: the item exists in Target's system but has no timing attached. It could go live soon or weeks from now. Keep alerts on and don't plan your night around it.
Either way, a backend load tells you that something is coming. It doesn't tell you how much stock there will be or exactly when it will go live. The live alert matters most.
Checkout Prep for a Target Drop
When a Delta Reign drop happens, the seconds you spend on checkout steps count. Get these done well ahead of time:
- Save your account details. Have your shipping address and payment method saved to your Target account so checkout doesn't stop to ask for them.
- Set up a passkey if you can. If your Target account offers passkey sign-in, set it up in advance so you aren't stuck waiting on a password reset or a one-time code mid-drop.
- Pick your device and stick with it. Desktop gives you a bigger screen and usually a steadier connection, while the app may keep you signed in more reliably. Use whichever one you're fastest on, and test a normal checkout on it beforehand.
- Stay signed in. Before a likely drop window, open Target and confirm you're still logged in.

How PokeScan Helps
PokeScan's monitors catch Target backend loads, so you know when Delta Reign items appear in the system, and send direct links the moment those items go live. Because Target can drop products that weren't visible beforehand, live alerts cover the surprise listings that a preorder watchlist would miss.
PokeScan can't guarantee a checkout, since low-stock drops can sell out in seconds, but it makes sure you're on the page when the drop happens. To see how Target fits with the other Delta Reign retailers, read the Delta Reign where-to-buy overview, and for a full multi-retailer setup see how to never miss a Pokemon drop. PokeScan is $8.99/month with a 5-day free trial.
